In 2008 Puniani released his debut solo single 'Somebody', which reached No.1 on the NZ iTunes chart. He followed later that year with his second single 'Too Shy', which reached No.6 on the New Zealand Top 40 singles chart, establishing him as a major name in the New Zealand hip-hop community.

In 2009 he released two singles 'Feels Like Magic' and 'Can't Let You Go', however neither charted. The latter single was on his debut album Heaven & Hell that was also released in 2009. The same year he featured on the NZ remix of 'Bottle Pop' by The Pussycat Dolls that reached No.17 on the NZ Singles Chart. He also appeared on the 2009 David Dallas single 'Indulge Me', which peaked at No.34 in May 2009.

Devolo has extensively recorded and performed with members of the extended Dawn Raid Entertainment artist family. He has also performed around New Zealand, both solo and as part of the Deceptikonz and The Horsemen Family collective. He has performed across New Zealand and Australia.

Devolo co-hosts the Horsemen Family Hangover show on Rep 109.6 FM in Auckland. In 2012 he released a new single 'Make Me Famous' featuring Axeman.
