Grayson Gilmour

If there was a time when Grayson Gilmour’s life didn’t revolve around music, no one can remember it, least of all him.

Growing up in Palmerston North there were always instruments in the house, thanks to his kindergarten-teacher mother who played piano and guitar for her classes. There was a particular tune she would practise that consisted of a series of arpeggios climbing their way up and down the keyboard. It’s a sound that still transports him instantly back to his early childhood.
